QueryRook service terms posture

Product role
QueryRook is a Postgres control plane operated as a Dayvora LLC product. It analyzes database evidence, proposes optimizations, records proof, and helps operators govern approved changes.
Operator responsibility
Customers remain responsible for choosing which databases to connect, which credentials to provide, which recommendations to approve, and whether any production change is allowed.
No unsafe guarantee
QueryRook is designed to reduce database change risk, not eliminate all operational risk. Production use should follow least-privilege database roles, backups, review gates, and staged rollout practices.
Commercial terms
Paid pilots, hosted subscriptions, enterprise support, service levels, and private deployments are governed by the applicable order form or written agreement with Dayvora LLC.
